Dr. Boris Linschitz - Co-Founder, he graduated TU Darmstadt 1979 with Master's degree, has Doctor degree from the Mendeleev Chemical University. Having spend over 30 years of his career as CEO of several High Tech corporation in Aerospace and Defense. He designed GLU for Eurocopter and Eurofighter.

Dr. Vladimir Rostopchin - Co-Founder, he graduated Zhukovsky Air Force Engineering Academy with Master's degree, has Doctor degree from the Academy. Spend over 30 years of his career as Chief designer at Tupolev for Control Systems, Power Plants and automatic Control Systems and testing of aviation equipment.
